Delete Your XunNi Account
You can permanently delete your XunNi account and all associated personal data at any time. We respect your right to erasure under GDPR and Apple's account deletion requirement.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the XunNi app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap 永久刪除帳號 / Permanently Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
Option 2 — Delete from the web app
- Visit app.xunni.xyz and sign in.
- Open Profile → scroll to the bottom.
- Click 永久刪除帳號 / Permanently Delete Account and confirm.
Option 3 — Email request
If you no longer have access to the app or web portal, send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days (typically within 48 hours).
Before you delete
- Cancel any active VIP subscription first. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by the platform and continue billing even after account deletion. Open App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
- Spirit Stones balance is not refundable. Any remaining Spirit Stones in your wallet are forfeited and cannot be converted back to cash.
- Bonds with other users are removed from both sides.
What is permanently deleted
- Profile data: nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, birth time, birth city.
- Personality data: MBTI, persona, preferences, bio.
- All Bonds (relationships) you created.
- Daily / Weekly fortune history and Soul Blueprint cache.
- Bottles you authored, picks, reports.
- Sign-In identities (Apple, Google, Telegram, email).
- Wallet balance, ad-watch records, task progress, daily counters.
- Notification tokens (FCM / APNs).
- For Apple Sign-In users: your tokens are revoked from Apple's servers.
What is retained (anonymized)
To comply with tax, accounting, and security audit requirements, the following records are retained for up to 7 years in anonymized form (your user_id is replaced with the constant DELETED_USER; no personal data remains):
- Payment orders & in-app purchase history (financial audit)
- Wallet ledger entries (Spirit Stone accounting)
- LLM usage logs (cost auditing)
- Authentication audit logs (security audit)
