Refunds, Cancellation, Account Deletion
Due to the nature of digital content, Spirit Stones balances are non-refundable. VIP subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via App Store / Google Play / Telegram Stars platform settings; you retain VIP benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Account Deletion (Withdrawal)
You may delete your account at any time via In-app → Profile → bottom "Permanently Delete Account". See Account Deletion page for full instructions. Personal data is removed immediately upon deletion (payment records are retained anonymously for up to 7 years for accounting audit). Deletion does not automatically cancel active VIP subscriptions — cancel via App Store / Google Play first.
