Crealize LLC ("XunNi", "we", "our", or "us") operates the XunNi mobile application (iOS, Android) and website. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our services.
Account & Profile Data: When you create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive a unique user identifier and, optionally, your display name. You may voluntarily provide: nickname, date of birth, birth time, birth city, gender.
Astrological & Numerological Data: Birth details you provide are used to calculate astrology charts, daily/weekly fortune content, and compatibility reports.
Purchase Data: If you make in-app purchases (XunNi Stones, VIP subscription), we record transaction identifiers and purchase history. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not receive your card details.
Usage Data: We collect anonymised usage signals (page views, feature interactions) via Sentry crash reporting. We do not use device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for cross-app tracking.
Communications: If you contact support, we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time (see Section 7). Anonymised analytics are retained for up to 12 months. Financial records (in-app purchases, payment orders, wallet ledger entries) are retained in anonymised form for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations — your user_id is replaced with the constant DELETED_USER; no personally identifiable data remains in these records.
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on our databases. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
XunNi is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable under local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
You can permanently delete your XunNi account and all associated personal data through any of these channels:
What is permanently deleted: profile (nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, birth time, birth city), MBTI/persona/preferences, all Bonds (relationships), fortune history and Soul Blueprint cache, bottles you authored, sign-in identities (Apple, Google, Telegram, email), wallet balance, ad-watch records, task progress, daily counters, and notification tokens. For Apple Sign-In users, your tokens are revoked from Apple's servers.
What is retained (anonymised, up to 7 years): payment orders, in-app purchase history, wallet ledger, LLM usage logs, and authentication audit logs — required for tax, accounting, and security audit purposes. The user_id field in these records is replaced with the constant DELETED_USER; no personally identifiable data remains.
Before deleting: if you have an active VIP subscription, please cancel it first via App Store / Google Play settings — subscriptions are managed by the platform and continue billing even after account deletion. Spirit Stones balance is not refundable.
When you use the Nova AI astrology advisor on Telegram (@XunNiBot), we collect the following data, separate from the iOS/Android/Web XunNi app:
Deletion: Type /deletedata in the Bot to trigger immediate account deletion. All personal Nova data is permanently removed within 24 hours; transaction logs are anonymized (user_id replaced with DELETED_USER) and retained for up to 7 years for tax/accounting audit.
Your rights: /profile returns your stored data (access right), /deletedata erases it (deletion right), /settings opts out of daily push notifications (objection right). A future /export command will provide JSON export (portability right).
The XunNi app does not use third-party advertising cookies. Our website (xunni.xyz) uses only essential session cookies.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure which may be located globally. By using XunNi, you consent to transfer of your information to these facilities.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
