What are Spirit Stones (靈石)? ▾
Spirit Stones are the in-app currency used to unlock premium readings, Soul Blueprint reports, and other features. You can earn Spirit Stones through daily check-ins or purchase them via in-app purchase.
How do I cancel my VIP subscription? ▾
On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find XunNi, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions, find XunNi, and tap Cancel. You will retain VIP access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund? ▾
For iOS purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, contact Google Play support or email [email protected].
My daily fortune isn't loading — what should I do? ▾
Check your internet connection and pull down to refresh. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app. Fortunes refresh at midnight in your local time zone.
