Crealize LLC ("XunNi", "we") provides the XunNi mobile application (iOS, Android), web app (app.xunni.xyz), and Telegram Mini App. By accessing or using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using XunNi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
XunNi provides personalised astrology, fortune analysis, an AI companion, and social features (Bonds, Bottles). Features may change, be added, or be deprecated at any time. We may impose usage limits or differentiate features by tier (Free / VIP).
You agree NOT to:
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without refund.
Spirit Stones (靈石) are XunNi's in-app virtual currency. They unlock premium features (detailed reports, AI conversations) but have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Spirit Stones expire when your account is deleted and are forfeited.
VIP subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Telegram Stars. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in the platform's settings. Refunds are governed by the platform's policy:
Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions via the App Store / Play Store before deleting your account, otherwise billing will continue.
You may delete your XunNi account at any time. See our Account Deletion page for instructions (in-app, web app, or email request). Deletion removes your personal data; financial records are anonymised and retained for up to 7 years for tax/accounting purposes (see Privacy Policy §4 and §7).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for legal compliance. We will notify you where reasonably possible.
XunNi's astrology, MBTI, fortune, and AI companion content are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Do not make major life, medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions based solely on XunNi content. AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies.
The XunNi Nova AI astrology advisor (delivered via Telegram bot @XunNiBot) is NOT a matchmaking or dating service. Nova provides AI-generated astrology and BaZi analysis only. Nova does not match real users with one another, does not facilitate in-person meetings, and is not classified as 出会い系サイト or インターネット異性紹介事業 under Japanese law (インターネット異性紹介事業を利用して児童を誘引する行為の規制等に関する法律).
本服務（Nova AI 命理顧問）不是交友配對服務。本服務僅提供 AI 命理分析，不配對真實用戶，不促進線下見面。
Nova は出会い系サービスではありません。Nova は AI による占星術および八字分析のみを提供します。実在ユーザー同士のマッチングは行わず、対面での出会いを促進するサービスではありません。
Nova is an AI assistant powered by a large language model (LLM) combined with XunNi's astrology calculation engine. Nova has no personal feelings, memory beyond the conversation, or human intuition. If you ask Nova "are you a real person?", Nova will honestly answer that it is an AI. Nova cannot replace professional therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. Each complete analysis includes a disclaimer reminding you of this.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XunNi and Crealize LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
